- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to support decision-making processes.
- Create visualizations and summaries of data insights for easy interpretation by management and stakeholders.
- Identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies in data to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with different teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver solutions accordingly.
- Automate and optimize reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular audits and validation checks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
- Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
