      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the preparation or review of SEC filings, including Form 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K, and Proxy
      - Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for financial statements
      - Help with journal entries, accounting analyses, forecasts, and reconciliations related to equity-based transactions
      - Support the review of disclosure checklists to ensure compliance with GAAP requirements
      - Monitor and revise existing procedures to ensure the adequacy of internal controls

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Enrolled in a Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree program in Finance or Accounting
      - 0-1 years of experience in stock-based compensation accounting or financial reporting
      - Experience collaborating with accounting, FP&A, Legal, and Investor Relations teams
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with equity management platforms and SEC filing platforms
      - Exposure to systems such as Netsuite, Adaptive, Salesforce, and PowerPoint
