      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Complete reports and projects, such as Geo Access and Member Disruption, in a timely manner
      - Transform data into actionable information to improve business decisions
      - Create pharmacy directories that clearly identify available services for clients and their members
      - Deliver reports on a regular basis as required by government-sponsored health plans and other clients
      - Perform quality assurance to ensure reports are accurate and compliant with regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred in business, information systems, economics, or statistics
      - Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a business setting
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and other relevant applications
      - Ability to support compliance program objectives
      - Strong interpersonal skills to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare-related field
      - Familiarity with data modeling and analysis techniques
      - Strong problem-solving skills for moderately complex issues
      - Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the pharmacy sector
