      Trading Partner Finance (TPF) is a high performing Global team, enabling the supply chain to get products to patients and consumers on-time through strong partnership with the business and strategic BPOs.

      The activities of the Trading Partner entities principally cover the procurement, supply, import and export of bulk drug substance and finished materials product for intercompany and 3rd party cross border transactions in GSK. 95% of GSK’s trade passes through our teams and we are responsible for operating in compliance with global trade, legal & fiscal requirements.

      Your responsibilities:

      • Provide a set of financial activities related to the income statement and balance sheet monthly to ensure accurate accounting of financial transactions and timely closing of the period
      • View balance sheet reconciliations prepared by the BPO partner, improve quality and resolve queries, Reviewing and approving journal entries in Cadency, evaluate the balance sheet, evaluate/assess risk, etc.
      • Manage accounting period close & Monthly TB review
      • Preparing for monthly Stock Movement Report & Gain/Loss Report & ensuring requirements as a part of SOX controls Creating routine analysis of schedules, summaries for internal and external partners
      • Close cooperation with teams across the TPF organization and other GSK units

      Why you:

      Basic qualifications:

      • Degree/Bachelor’s in Economy / Finance
      • Experience on similar position at least 2 years
      • Knowledge and understanding of accounting principles, experience in working with Balance Sheet, reconciliations and month-end closing
      • Working knowledge of IFRS standards (or UK/US GAAP) would be and asset
      • Strong Excel knowledge
      • Fluency in English
