What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Present and execute promotional activities to maximize sales and distribution points
- Identify sales opportunities and partner with store personnel to ensure inventory accuracy
- Promote and sell products within an assigned geographic area to exceed sales targets
- Drive sales through effective merchandising and collaboration with store-level personnel
- Provide high-quality service to accounts, managing orders and inventory levels
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in sales or a related field
- Strong understanding of inventory management and merchandising principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Must be able to travel within assigned territory as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the natural and organic food industry
- Familiarity with retail sales processes and promotional activities
- Previous experience with customer account management
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Knowledge of product education and consumer trends
