      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Implement enterprise requirements information systems usage across shipbuilding programs
      - Execute the implementation of advanced software features, including the Change Proposal System (CPS)
      - Manage processes and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure standardized data entry
      - Oversee requirements database configuration, user access, and data baselines
      - Administer and maintain requirements documentation related to defense programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Ocean Engineering, or a related field
      - Active Secret Clearance
      - U.S. Citizenship required for obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance
      - Minimum of 6 years' experience administering and maintaining requirements documentation related to a defense program, with at least 3 years in requirements management information systems
      - IBM Rational Dynamic Object Oriented Requirements Systems (DOORS) advanced level training/certification

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with software feature implementation in defense-related projects
      - Familiarity with shipbuilding programs and related requirements management processes
      - Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
