      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop research questions and identify appropriate methodologies for analysis

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in statistics, linguistics, psychology, sociology, computer science, or a related field; Master's preferred
      - Minimum of three years of research experience
      - Proficiency in statistical computing and modeling using R
      - Experience designing surveys with various response formats
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced statistical analysis skills, including multiple regression and text analytics
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
