What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with state agencies and local organizations to integrate analytic findings into workforce development strategies
- Provide support to WIOA state and local boards and workforce partners, including communication of new IDS products
- Track and report key performance indicators related to workforce development performance
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns in workforce data
- Lead the development of a workforce evaluation report

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Obtained or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in economics, statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of one year of experience performing analytic work
- Excellent data analysis and visualization skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills

- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Economics, Data Science, Political Science, Data Management, Statistics, or a related field
