What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in client meetings to ensure comprehension of client needs
- Manage full cycle project management in collaboration with the operations team, ensuring quality control and adherence to timelines
- Validate questionnaire test links and facilitate interviewer training and field implementation
- Conduct analysis of results and create statistical analysis and reporting plans
- Write comprehensive research reports summarizing findings and insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client services
- Minimum 1 year of experience with research in an academic setting or in a market research company
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
- Excellent communication and writing skills for conveying complex data and insights clearly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a market research company or an academic research environment
- Familiarity with statistical analysis software or data visualization tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Previous experience in client-facing roles
