      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in developing and implementing evaluation frameworks and tools
      - Collect, manage, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to assess outcomes
      - Prepare written and data visualization reports and presentations for stakeholders
      - Collaborate with teams to identify key questions and integrate findings into decision-making processes
      - Provide training and technical support to staff and partners for impact assessment tools

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in international development, business, marketing, economics, statistics, data analytics, or a related field
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Proficiency in data management, analysis, and/or visualization software (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau)
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Commitment to the mission and values of the employer

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Two or more years of experience related to impact assessment
      - Experience in business and/or international development
      - Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods
