What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare deliverables for planning and reporting using appropriate tools
- Conduct needs assessments and research
- Develop analytical reports to answer business questions
- Create and maintain documentation
- Engage in data quality, documentation, and process improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent plus 2 years of experience
- Ability to stay organized under pressure
- Experience developing data models and programming in languages
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to apply analytical methods to drive improved decision-making
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Two years of demonstrated experience working in instructional design or educational innovations
- Master's Degree in Educational Technology or related field
- Understanding of accessibility standards and change management strategies
- Knowledge of research related to educational innovations
- Experience evaluating technologies within an educational setting
