      - Must have completed a Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Psychology, Medicine, Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
      - Demonstrated experience fostering an environment of respect and professionalism with diverse populations
      - Commitment to maintaining professionalism as an hourly employee at the employer

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant
      - Completion of a Master's of Science in Public Health, Social Work, or a related field
