      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in recruiting participants for clinical trials, including placing advertisements and conducting outreach
      - Perform informed consent and screening procedures for potential study participants
      - Maintain updated screening logs and track participant engagement throughout the study
      - Schedule study visits and coordinate transportation for participants
      - Monitor and document participants' physical and emotional condition, ensuring adherence to study protocols

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences or medical sciences, plus three (3) years of research-related experience
      - Certified Research Specialist (CRS) or equivalent to be completed within two years of hire
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse populations
      - Ability to follow Good Clinical Practice Guidelines and HIPAA regulations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems
      - Demonstrated commitment to clinical research and working with high-risk populations
      - Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
