What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Stage, set up, and manage equipment and lab spaces for experiments at the data collection center
- Supervise data collection, including obtaining informed consent and managing experiment protocols
- Conduct literature reviews on various research topics as needed
- Assist with recruiting and scheduling experiment participants
- Review large volumes of data for quality issues and provide feedback for improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, cognitive science, HCI, or related fields
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and personal management skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience running behavioral experiments and collecting data
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of human-computer interaction (HCI)
- Experience with data quality assessment and improvement
- Interest in virtual, augmented, and mixed reality technologies
