      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Recruit individuals to participate in the study and assist with enrollment procedures, including obtaining informed consent
      - Schedule appointments for study participants and conduct reminder communications
      - Review data collection forms for accuracy and completeness, ensuring timely data entry
      - Perform data management procedures and assist in the development of reports and presentations
      - Support administrative duties related to research activities and maintain Institutional Review Board (IRB) approvals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required by time of hire
      - 1-2 years of research or relevant clinical research experience preferred
      - Ability to read and write fluently in English
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience with statistical software (SPSS) is a plus
      - Must successfully complete training in human subjects research certification

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Degree in Psychology preferred
      - Ability to speak Spanish
      - Experience in Psychological Research or Mental Health clinical studies
