      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Recruit and enroll study participants; explain research procedures and obtain informed consent
      - Schedule appointments and conduct reminder calls; administer questionnaires to participants
      - Review data collection forms for accuracy and completeness; oversee junior staff data entry
      - Perform data management procedures including data entry, report generation, and database maintenance
      - Assist with manuscript and grant preparation, including literature searches and synthesizing information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required by time of hire
      - 1-2 years of research or relevant clinical research experience preferred
      - Ability to read and write fluently in English; Spanish language skills preferred
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with statistical software (SPSS) a plus
      - Must complete training in human subjects research certification

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Degree in Psychology preferred
      - Experience in psychological research or mental health clinical studies preferred
      - Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
      - Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse populations
