What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct small animal handling and in vivo studies
- Organize and manage laboratory operations
- Perform cell culture, biochemical/molecular, and related in vitro experiments
- Collect, analyze, and maintain research data and records
- Assist with general laboratory maintenance and various research projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma
- Experience related to handling laboratory equipment
- Strong work ethic and interest in developing independent research
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively in a team setting

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- College degree (e.g., B.S., B.A.) in Biology, Chemistry, Physiology, Biochemistry, or related fields
- Experience with molecular biological techniques such as Electrophoresis and Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR)
- Familiarity with basic science laboratory equipment
- Experience working with laboratory research animals
