- Strong academic writing skills with published research articles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience as a first author of research articles
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Subject matter knowledge in maternal and child health, women's health, or health services research
- Experience in advanced statistics and software-based statistical analysis
- Ability to guide and manage a team effectively
