What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement simulation models to assess the cost-effectiveness of healthcare interventions
- Design and develop health economic models for cost-effectiveness and budget impact analyses
- Conduct literature reviews for health economic evaluations
- Support project management and track progress for multiple projects
- Draft project deliverables and technical reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Biostatistics, or related field
- Experience with simulation modeling and decision analytic models in Microsoft Excel or R
- Strong quantitative skills with a solid understanding of basic statistics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organization skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in healthcare modeling and health-economic outcomes research
- Knowledge of VBA, R, or other programming languages
