What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct job analyses and develop competency models
- Design and conduct training courses or program evaluations
- Develop and validate assessments for various projects
- Plan and conduct quantitative analyses and organize research documentation
- Prepare technical reports and contribute to competitive proposals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology
- Experience in job analysis, competency modeling, or developing assessments
- Knowledge of advanced statistical methods, including psychometrics
- Strong writing skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in data analysis programs such as SPSS, Excel, and MPlus
- Experience conducting quality assurance checks on data outputs
- Strong communication skills with diverse individuals
- Experience working in a virtual environment
