Based on business need, Research Associates could be asked to support initiatives within the entire portfolio of Forrester’s research offerings.

      Job Description:

      • Manage research projects by working with assigned analysts, formulating a project plan, establishing a check-in process, coordinating research, and managing schedule.

      • Assist analysts with primary and secondary research for published reports, including telephone interviews, online surveys, and internal and third-party data.

      • Support analyst presentations with well-formatted charts, appropriate callouts, meaningful titles, and a sequence of slides that tell a story.

      • Maintain each report’s production schedule, from inception through publication.

      • Learn and be responsible for quantitative work with Forrester’s data sets.

      • Coordinate the use of social media platforms (e.g., blogs, Twitter, online community) in the research and publishing process.

      • Prep and support delivery of strategic analyst-led client engagements and ensure timely follow-up after engagement delivery for a top-tier client experience.

      Job Requirements:

      • BA/BS degree with a strong academic record. All undergraduate majors are welcome to apply; any quantitative or statistics interest is a major plus.

      • One to two years of varied undergraduate or postgraduate work experience.

      • A working knowledge of word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet software, preferably Microsoft Office Suite.

      • Attention to detail and the ability to build reusable resources like survey questions and formatted data outputs.

      • A passion for learning about marketing and marketing technology.

At Forrester, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.

      Base salary range: $46,194 - $96,305
