What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute quantitative and qualitative research studies demonstrating the efficacy of employer's products
- Prepare research reports, slide decks, executive summaries, and customer-facing communications
- Analyze large educational datasets using statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python)
- Manage internal resources for research, including project tracking and research asset databases
- Conduct classroom observations, teacher interviews, and survey analyses to enhance understanding of product usage
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Learning Sciences, STEM Education, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and research experience
- Proven knowledge of research methodology, program evaluation, and data analysis (quantitative and qualitative)
- Experience with statistical analysis tools (SPSS or R preferred)
- Hands-on experience managing and analyzing real-world education data
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
