What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct literature reviews and contribute to evidence syntheses
- Coordinate or manage research study tasks
- Conduct quantitative and/or qualitative data collection
- Clean, code, and analyze data
- Write documents, reports, and briefs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience OR Master’s Degree in Social Sciences
- Experience conducting qualitative and/or quantitative data collection
- Experience with data analysis software programs
- Interest or experience in workforce development and related topics
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Interest or experience in the public workforce system
- Demonstrated content knowledge in workforce development
- Experience in sectoral training or labor programs
