      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Implement a complex research intervention protocol with close communication with study investigators
      - Schedule and conduct telephone or web-based visits essential for delivering the intervention
      - Collaborate with participants and research teams to complete intervention visits timely
      - Maintain clear communication with investigators regarding participant issues and study progress
      - Complete electronic documentation related to participant records and regulatory requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10 years of experience in behavioral interventions
      - Master’s degree required
      - Outstanding communication skills, particularly in handling protected health information
      - Ability to function independently while identifying issues needing physician input
      - Proficiency with electronic documentation and web-based intervention delivery

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with marginalized populations
      - Spanish fluency is strongly preferred
