      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate day-to-day activities of research studies in collaboration with the principal investigator
      - Assist in recruitment, hiring, training, and supervision of research staff
      - Manage research databases and provide regular reporting on enrollment and study progress
      - Liaise with the Institutional Review Board (IRB) for project approvals and ongoing documentation
      - Prepare research reports and presentations as well as assist with new grant proposal development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required; Master's Degree in Public Health preferred
      - Minimum of 5 years' clinical research or public health experience; 3 years with a Master's degree may be considered
      - Excellent English communication skills (oral and written); bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
      - Knowledge of MS Office applications, database systems, and experience with data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS)
      - Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of personal and health-sensitive information

      - Previous experience with grant writing, IRB submissions, and database development
      - Cultural sensitivity and comfort with diverse populations
      - Experience in data management and quantitative data analysis
