      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Implement research protocols and maintain study timelines for an NIH-funded project
      - Recruit and schedule participants and organize community advisory board (CAB) meetings
      - Operate and maintain eye-tracking technology for research purposes
      - Maintain accurate study records and databases, ensuring data integrity
      - Communicate effectively with families, students, and interdisciplinary team members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in communication sciences and disorders, health sciences, psychology, biological sciences, or a related field
      - Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse team members

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in speech-language pathology, psychology, education, occupational therapy, social work, counseling, or a related field
      - Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, including grant administration and working with autistic children
      - Experience conducting research involving vulnerable populations
