      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct complex data and statistical analysis on various treatment facility areas, including patient referral and admission data
      - Collect, compile, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and anomalies
      - Prepare and present technical reports summarizing findings to management
      - Collaborate with Sacramento-based staff, facility staff, county partners, and external stakeholders on research projects
      - Validate data inputs and suggest potential adjustments based on analysis

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - One year of data research, collection, analysis, and reporting experience equivalent to Research Data Analyst I, OR three years of progressively responsible technical quantitative and qualitative data analysis experience
      - At least 12 semester or 18 quarter units in a data-driven research-related field, including one course in statistical methods
      - Equivalent to graduation from an accredited college with a bachelor's degree
      - Experience in research data analysis must include duties equivalent to Research Data Analyst I, Range C
      - Ability to travel throughout California as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with data model creation and identifying patterns and trends in historical data
      - Familiarity with statistical software and data visualization tools
      - Strong communication skills for preparing and presenting reports
      - Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups
      - Knowledge of public health or treatment facility operations
