      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide expert guidance on complex projects involving Department of State Hospitals data
      - Conduct data assessment, extraction, reconciliation, and develop reports for various reporting schedules
      - Collaborate with executive management and facility staff for data-related projects
      - Utilize statistical software for data analytics and ensure data quality maintenance
      - Develop formal documentation and methodologies for reporting requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 12 semester or 18 quarter units in a data-driven research-related field, including at least one course in statistical methods
      - Equivalent to graduation from an accredited college with a bachelor's degree
      - Ability to work independently and provide expert guidance on specialized projects
      - Experience in data cleaning, data reconciliation, and report development
      - Must be willing to undergo a background investigation prior to employment

      - Experience with statistical software and data analytics in a healthcare or research setting
      - Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools
