      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Chair student research projects, providing guidance and oversight on dissertation and thesis topics.
      - Teach 9 credit hours over a 12-month contract, preparing course materials and maintaining student records.
      - Mentor students on academic and career development, including crafting individual Academic Development Plans.
      - Engage in scholarship activities, including research, presentations, and community service.
      - Participate in departmental functions and contribute to curriculum development and faculty searches.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field; BCBA or BCBA-D eligibility preferred.
      - Minimum of three years of teaching experience in applied behavior analysis or psychology.
      - Experience in distance learning instruction, particularly with adult learners.
      - Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
      - Ability to maintain professional conduct and promote the institution's mission.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - History of publication in professional journals related to applied behavior analysis.
      - Experience with program assessment and evaluation.
      - Involvement in student recruitment and grassroots marketing efforts.
