What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct oral history interviews with members of recent presidential administrations
- Produce public-facing scholarship on the American presidency
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the program
- Engage in research that applies historical lessons to contemporary governance challenges
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to uphold the values of the Miller Center

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctoral degree in a relevant field
- Dedication to upholding the values of the Miller Center's faculty and staff

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in U.S. political history and the history of the presidency and executive branch
- Experience with executive oral histories
