What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Rotate through various radio functions or focus on a specific area such as sales, programming, or events
- Conduct research and analysis on brands and talents' social media strategies
- Provide weekly digital reports for executive vice president summaries within the radio division
- Participate in weekly presentations for talents, programmers, and shows
- Assist in developing and broadening interest in the employer via social platforms
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, including active listening and proofreading
- Strong planning and organizing abilities with attention to detail
- Leadership skills in peer relationships
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Full-time undergraduate students (rising Junior or Senior) at a four-year college with a minimum GPA of 3.2
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Work experience in the media field is a plus
- Career interest in the media industry
- Field of study in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or Broadcast Journalism is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various social media platforms
