What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Track worldwide technology trends in the property & casualty and life insurance industries, including AI, data analytics, and blockchain technologies
- Maintain relationships with technology providers and end users to enhance research knowledge and provide actionable insights
- Manage an annual research agenda, develop and deliver presentations, and assist with marketing activities to raise industry visibility
- Build the reputation and revenues of services within the domain, establishing a business development and client renewal strategy
- Serve as a subject matter expert and leader, demonstrating financial success through revenue growth and program profitability
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree (Advanced degree preferred)
- 5+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in the insurance industry (e.g., financial analyst, consulting, auditing)
- Experience with systems and technologies in the insurance sector, such as policy administration and data management
- Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present data analysis effectively

- Demonstrated industry expertise and thought leadership in the insurance industry
- Experience in public speaking environments
- Ability to travel (10 to 20%)
