What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate clinical research activities for the Nephrology Division of Internal Medicine
- Submit regulatory documents and ensure accurate data collection
- Manage research material and communicate effectively with investigators and study participants
- Assist with the organization and implementation of research studies
- Ensure compliance with all research protocols and regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Relevant coursework/specialized training in Nursing
- 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a practice setting, including clinical research coordination
- Current Nebraska RN license or license eligible
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with research study coordination and strong organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Experience in Nephrology and/or solid organ transplant
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of healthcare policies and societal factors affecting healthcare delivery
- Familiarity with Microsoft Access, SAP, and EPIC
