What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate clinical research activities for studies in the Diabetes, Endocrinology, and Metabolism division
- Plan, organize, implement, and evaluate clinical research protocols
- Ensure compliance with good clinical practice and maintain research protocol integrity
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective communication and project execution
- Conduct physical assessments as appropriate for patient populations involved in studies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current Nebraska RN license or license eligibility
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, including experience with complex protocols
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification as a Diabetes Educator (C.D.E.) or willingness to obtain certification
- Familiarity with diabetes and/or endocrine studies
- Experience in clinical research
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
