What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and manage the program operating cadence, including planning support and stakeholder updates
- Enhance operational documentation and processes, including templates and workflows
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive alignment and manage project dependencies
- Analyze program data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support decision-making for leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in program management, project management, or business operations
- 3+ years of experience in analytics-focused roles, such as program analytics or data analysis
- Proven experience in building dashboards and metrics frameworks for stakeholders
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in an analytical or quantitative field (or equivalent experience)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting research or user research teams
- Working knowledge of SQL and/or BI tools like Tableau or Looker
- Experience with AI-enabled tools to improve reporting and workflow efficiency
- Strong judgment regarding data quality and responsible AI usage
