      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide outreach, project management, and program management for various initiatives
      - Educate and train inventors and entrepreneurs on the biomedical commercialization process
      - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication
      - Oversee the management and coordination of the BioVentures Innovation Center
      - Prepare reports on project status for grant purposes and coordinate innovation teamwork flows

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a social or behavioral science or related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of clinical research experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Workday
      - Strong communication and leadership skills
      - Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s or Doctorate in a science-related field
      - Experience in grant management
      - Knowledge in the intellectual property or technology transfer field
