What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate research start-up activities and develop IIT protocols
- Collect and manage data for oncology clinical trials
- Oversee ongoing protocol activities and manage day-to-day operations
- Build relationships and communicate with clinical trial sponsors and industry representatives
- Ensure adherence to quality and ethical standards in daily activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree PLUS Five (5) years research experience OR Master's Degree PLUS Three (3) years research experience
- CCRP, CCRC or equivalent professional certification required within 2 years of hire
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, database, and e-mail computer software
- Working knowledge of clinical biomedical and/or behavioral research
- Knowledge of Federal Good Clinical Practice Guidelines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Clinical Research Experience
- Oncology Research Experience
- Working knowledge of medical terminology
