What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and support the Technology Initiative Programming for clinical translational research
- Design and implement novel technologies and devices for research and quality improvement projects
- Assess the impact of technology on patient and staff experience
- Evaluate quality of life for patients and clinicians
- Provide education and training for engineering and technology in healthcare

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Health Science or related field
- 2 years of experience in clinical research project management, including data collection or data management
- Knowledge of human subjects research procedures and regulatory requirements
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs for data entry and communication
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse research projects

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Engineering, Psychology, or a professional degree in Public Health or Business Administration
- Experience working in human subjects research and/or project management
- Previous experience with clinical research, quality improvement, or healthcare settings
- Familiarity with project management software and statistical analysis
- Experience with survey design
