      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and support Technology Initiative Programming
      - Lead research and education for engineering and technology in healthcare
      - Design and implement novel technologies and devices for clinical translational research
      - Assess the impact on patient and staff experience and evaluate quality of life for patients and clinicians
      - Collaborate with Health Systems Engineering Liaison and Engineering Liaison to coordinate diverse research projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Health Science or related field
      - 2 years of clinical research project management experience including data collection or data management
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Suite
      - Knowledge of human subjects research, HIPPA compliance, and informed consent
      - Ability to work independently and cooperatively with diverse research projects

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in Engineering, Psychology, or professional degree (MPH/MBA) in Public Health or Business Administration
      - Experience working in human subjects research and/or project management
      - Previous experience with clinical research, quality improvement, or work in a healthcare setting
      - Training and experience in process mapping, Lean/SixSigma, or statistical analysis
      - Experience with survey design
