What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide tactical support for project and portfolio management activities, including meeting minutes and action tracking
- Contribute to project management deliverables such as reports and dashboards, preparing initial drafts
- Coordinate across project functional areas to ensure progress of project activities
- Monitor contributions of collaborators and vendors to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Support product development meetings and ensure all project leaders have the necessary information

What is Required (Qualifications):
- PhD in a relevant scientific field with 2-5 years of experience in biologics and/or vaccine research
- At least 2 years of experience in project management in early product development
- Strong understanding of the product development pathway and project management principles
- Proficiency in collaborative project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and negotiation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with monoclonal antibody development and optimization
- Familiarity with reviewing scientific publications to extract data and synthesize findings
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Flexibility in dealing with ambiguity and a sense of ownership over deliverables
- Previous experience managing multiple projects across various locations
