      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage clinical research activities, including patient enrollment, data management, and regulatory document preparation
      - Conduct informed consent processes and document them according to research standards and Institutional Review Board requirements
      - Collaborate with research teams to prepare for study monitoring and audits, resolving discrepancies as necessary
      - Collect and prepare essential regulatory documents and materials for study startup and feasibility
      - Perform data analysis and maintain study databases, generating interim study reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's or vocational degree in a medical field
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in research
      - Ability to complete Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI Program) Certification within 90 days of hire
      - Strong organizational and data management skills
      - Effective communication skills for collaboration with research staff and clinical teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in biological sciences or a related field
      - Certification as a Clinical Research Coordinator or Clinical Research Professional
