What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and manage all participant-related aspects of user research from recruitment to post-session administration
- Create recruitment plans, screeners, and communication templates for study kick-offs
- Handle participant communications, including invitations, reminders, and follow-ups
- Manage consent forms, attendance tracking, and participant documentation during sessions
- Update and report on recruitment and session metrics, advising on improvements or risks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in research operations, participant recruiting, project coordination, or a similar field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort navigating Legal, Privacy, and Procurement processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Interest in UX research, human behavior, or health technology
- Experience working with diverse teams and managing complex logistics
