What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create daily show rundowns of summarized and fully researched topics, completed by 8pm CT each day
- Develop show rundowns featuring book summaries and topical articles for guest segments
- Stay flexible after 6pm CT for minor adjustments to the show rundown
- Regularly pitch stories and topics of interest to the audience, keeping up to date on current events
- Prepare research for special episodes and live shows, including Election Night specials

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of related research or communications experience
- Interest and familiarity with the show and brand, particularly within the evangelical Christian community
- Proven track record of strong news and editorial judgment
- Excellent language and communication skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with various news outlets and their biases
- Experience in creating content for media platforms
- Strong understanding of modern political and cultural environments
