      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage day-to-day functions of the Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC), Institutional Review Board (IRE), Embryonic Stem Cell Research Oversight (ESCRO), and Radioisotope Use Committee (UIC)
      - Review and approve research protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
      - Update and communicate policies and procedures in line with federal and state requirements
      - Provide guidance and support to faculty, staff, and students regarding compliance-related requirements
      - Assist in investigations and monitoring for program compliance and report findings to relevant committees

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
      - Strong understanding of biosafety regulations and compliance requirements
      - Excellent communication skills for outreach and training purposes
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with compliance management databases and electronic systems
      - Familiarity with federal and state research regulations
      - Previous involvement in research safety programs or committees
      - Participation in relevant professional development activities or conferences
