      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct, design, manage, and perform computational modeling, simulations, and data analysis on research projects in cardiac cells and tissue
      - Analyze cardiac cell and tissue super-resolution and electron microscopy imaging data
      - Prepare research results for publication in various formats, including reports and journals
      - Present research findings at national meetings and disseminate scientific knowledge
      - Assist with lab management activities, including the training of new members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Doctoral degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field of study
      - Minimum of 1+ years post-doctoral experience in cardiac physiology and computational modeling
      - Proven track record as an author of several publications in high-end journals related to computational physiology
      - Experience in writing research proposals
      - Contributions to new designs or techniques of material significance in solving important problems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience as principal investigator (PI) or co-principal investigator (co-PI) on research programs
