What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process InSAR data efficiently over large regions to produce time series of land deformation
- Remove noise sources, including tropospheric and ionospheric effects, from datasets
- Validate deformation estimates using in-situ and remote sensing data sources
- Relate deformation signals to changes in groundwater systems
- Prepare and submit scientific publications and participate in grant writing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ph.D. degree in Geodesy or a related field by the date of hire
- Demonstrated competency in programming and coding with large datasets
- Experience publishing high-impact, peer-reviewed scientific papers in InSAR processing
- Proven experience with InSAR processing over extensive regions
- Ability to handle and organize large datasets effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience with groundwater applications of subsidence
- Demonstrated experience working in collaborative research settings
