What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in fields such as generative modeling, machine learning, or audio processing
- Publications in relevant communities like ICASSP, ISMIR, or NeurIPS
- Strong coding skills in Python, PyTorch, and NumPy
- Ability to explain complex topics simply and build strong relationships with colleagues
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous industry experience in music technology or related fields
- Experience with speech processing or signal processing
- Familiarity with creative problem-solving in product development
- Enthusiasm for learning about scaling research ideas into products
