      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the design and execution of qualitative and quantitative patient and provider insights research studies
      - Contribute to thought leadership through conference presentations and publications
      - Manage client RFP responses, including proposal development and budget management
      - Oversee staff management tasks such as interviewing, selection, and performance management
      - Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships by advising on patient insights strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s Degree or higher with 10 years of relevant experience, including publication and at least 3 years of management/mentorship experience
      - Proven leadership in applied qualitative and quantitative research
      - Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
      - Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; familiarity with SAS or similar data analysis software
      - Ability to lead project teams through complex and innovative projects
