      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct wet lab experimentation, including bacterial culturing, plasmid cloning, and cell culture techniques
      - Maintain detailed laboratory records of experiments and results
      - Oversee lab organization, including inventory management and equipment maintenance
      - Train junior lab members in essential lab techniques and maintain training logs
      - Analyze data and prepare figures for presentations, grants, and publications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Microbiology, or related Life Sciences
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a wet laboratory setting
      - Familiarity with common lab equipment and safety protocols, including Biosafety Level 2
      - Experience with molecular biology techniques, sterile cell culture, and microscopy
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience designing and leading a research project
      - Prior supervision and training of new lab members
      - Knowledge of the employer's ordering system and lab compliance requirements
      - Familiarity with the manuscript process and grant application process
      - Strong written and oral communication skills
