      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead outreach and engagement strategies to strengthen partnerships with learners, trainers, and external organizations
      - Collaborate with the Teaching & Certification team to integrate community perspectives into curriculum and training development
      - Support the planning and execution of organizational events, conferences, and campaigns
      - Manage outward-facing platforms, such as the organizational website and social media accounts
      - Present research findings at meetings and conferences, and conduct literature reviews

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: College or university degree in a related field
      - 5-7 years of work experience in a related job discipline
      - Ability to connect community engagement to curriculum and training strategies
      - Knowledge of best practices in outreach and partnership development
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree
      - Experience with curriculum development and/or event coordination
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with content management systems and social media platforms
      - Experience leading projects and facilitating collaboration with diverse partners
      - Creative and strategic thinking abilities
